RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At ALENCIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are premium 925 sterling silver jewellery, we offer a 7-Day Exchange and Store Credit Policy.
1. Exchange Window
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Products must:
* Be unused and unworn
* Be in original condition
* Include original packaging, tags, authenticity card, and accessories
* Not show signs of damage or misuse
3. Store Credit Option
Instead of cash refunds, eligible customers may choose ALENCIA Store Credit equal to the product value paid.
Store Credit:
* Valid for 6 months from issue date
* Can be used on any product available on the website
* Cannot be converted into cash
* Cannot be transferred to another person
4. Exchange Option
Customers may exchange the product for:
* Another product of equal value
* A higher value product by paying the difference
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible:
* Customized products
* Personalized products
* Gift cards
* Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
* Products damaged due to misuse
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
* Order number
* Product images
* Unboxing video
Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.
7. Refund Policy
ALENCIA does not offer cash refunds for delivered orders except where required under applicable law.
Approved requests will be resolved through exchange or store credit only.
8. Inspection
All returned products are subject to quality inspection before exchange or store credit approval.
ALENCIA reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet eligibility requirements.
